Regional B2B Sales Representative for Proactive Video Monitoring (PVM) – responsible for driving revenue growth by introducing, promoting, and selling PVM services delivered through mobile security units across specified territories.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and implement a proactive regional sales strategy to identify and engage ideal clients in target markets, including new construction, large‑scale site operations, and other major local market Pye‑Barker branches.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and post‑sale support.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision‑makers such as project managers, site supervisors, and procurement leads to position PVM solutions as a value‑driven alternative to traditional guard security.
- Conduct on‑site evaluations and deliver tailored presentations that demonstrate the operational and cost benefits of the PVM system and services.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and customer satisfaction throughout the pilot phase.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product enhancement and market expansion.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by maintaining a disciplined, metrics‑driven approach to territory management.
- Five years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in security, construction, technology, or equipment rental sectors.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding goals in competitive environments.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
- Self‑motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities across a regional territory.
- Excellent relationship‑building and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data‑driven sales tracking.

Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to travel.
