Compensation

Wage:
Base plus commission on sales.

  • Starting base salary of $XX,XXX (depending on education, knowledge, qualifications, and experience), along with commission earnings based on sales performance.
  • Company-provided laptop and cell phone, along with a monthly car allowance and other support tools to help you succeed in the role.
Schedule

5-day work week.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word processing.
  • Professional interaction with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Adaptable and able to face new challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Make quick, workable decisions in changing conditions.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL license required within 6 months.
  • 3+ years vehicle or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work Environment
  • Travel to visit customers required.
  • Driving required as part of the role.
