This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and selling pavement maintenance products and services. This role manages customer accounts throughout the full lifecycle of each project—from initial contact through payment collection—ensuring customer needs are communicated effectively, projects run smoothly, and expectations are met or exceeded.

• Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

• This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.

• Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related field; experience in construction or pavement maintenance industries is a plus.
• Must possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess business acumen, critical thinking, and resiliency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Frequent local travel is required to meet with clients and spend most of the time working in the field.

• This is considered a non‑safety‑sensitive position but is subject to the company's drug and alcohol policy, as well as all OSHA regulations.
• All employees must wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• This role is expected to comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as the company's safety policies, enforce safe work practices, and proactively identify and remedy worksite hazards.

• Work is generally performed in an office environment.
