Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Duluth, GA. The Sales Consultant will identify and qualify prospective business clients, conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings, and build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities. This role will present and demonstrate Vensure’s PEO solutions, including payroll, HR, benefits, and risk management services, to decision-makers and key stakeholders. The Sales Consultant will analyze client needs, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to close new business.
Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Proven B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools, along with solid basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Experience selling HR, payroll, benefits, PEO, or related business services is strongly preferred.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented work style with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work on‑site in Duluth, GA and travel locally for client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in a sales‑focused role.
