Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service when assisting customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
  • Process sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Upsell companion part requirements and promotions.
  • Make outbound sales calls to assigned, targeted accounts.
  • Prepare and fill orders from stock.
Ideal Candidates
  • One year of experience in parts counter sales, or an equivalent combination of sales and industry experience.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • MS Office and computer literacy.
  • Team-player attitude at all times.
  • Customer-focused service approach.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and phone inquiries.
  • High school diploma.
