About the RoleJoin the winning team at City Wide Facility Solutions as a Sales Executive! We are a leading provider in the building maintenance industry and are looking for a talented sales professional with a passion for helping clients find solutions that meet their needs. In this outside sales role, you will drive new business development within the Atlanta East Region, focusing on bringing in new clients and building lasting relationships.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a sales strategy, prospecting, and building a pipeline of leads, delivering thoughtful presentations, and closing deals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and driven team who shares a common goal - to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities- Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Identify client needs and present tailored service solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to promote City Wide and build your network.
- Document all sales activities in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 2+ years outside B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success in previous tenures.
- Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory.
- Proficiency in CRM systems to include strong data entry and organization of sales data.
- Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred.
- Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong MS Office.
$65,000.00 - $ per year (uncapped commissions) + Bonus/Commission
Schedule8‑hour shift (8 am‑5 pm, M‑F)
