Sales Manager; Engineer - Korean Bilingual

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, bids, and quotations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Support marketing activities, including exhibitions, customer meetings, and product promotions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the power or transformer industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, bid processes, and customer management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Experience with U.S. utility, Renewable Energy Developer and EPC clients.
• Strong technical understanding in transformers and power systems.
• Proven experience collaborating with project management and cross-functional teams through project completion.
