Position Overview:
Director of Sales
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Director of Sales to build lasting client relationships. This role requires someone with proven experience in hotel sales, strong negotiation skills, and a talent for identifying new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for :
- D eveloping and executing sales strategies
C onducting market research
B uilding Locally Negotiated accounts
W orking with Hilton Worldwide Sales to secure and build revenue from Corporate Negotiated accounts
S ecuring group stays and event bookings
C ollaborating with our sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth
As an ambassador of the hotel, taking an active part in the community is an important aspect of the position .
A minimum of five years of hospitality sales experience, Hilton/Hampton sales experience preferred
A valid driver’s license
W illingness to travel local ly is required .
