** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, law enforcement, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Monitor access control activity by verifying credentials, observing visitor movement, and reporting unusual conditions, policy violations, and/or potential security-related concerns.

+ Maintain readiness of assigned equipment and post materials, follow all armed post protocols, and complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation in a timely manner.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

+ Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.

+ Have 1 or more years of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
