We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service with integrity.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
• Background in emergency service calls and on-call rotations preferred
• Experience working directly with customers in commercial environments
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and system calibrations

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
