Job SummaryEGP Document Solutions is looking for a mechanically inclined and tech-savvy Copier Service Technician to join our field service team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repairs for a variety of multi-function printers (MFPs), scanners, and office equipment. You will ensure our clients’ business operations run smoothly by delivering timely solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Service printers/copiers with minimal assistance.
- Troubleshoot basic printing issues and identify printer vs. network problems.
- Install scanning and equipment in peer-to-peer environments.
- Maintain inventory per company specifications.
- Ensure your car, tool kit, and supplies are organized and ready.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Provide sales support by advising on problems or potential leads.
- Maximize equipment uptime with timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Manage your time effectively and ensure a professional appearance.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage service calls requiring more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job.
- Superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by their customers.

- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for daily travel to client sites.
- $18 - $21/hr. commensurate with experience and hiring bonus.
