We run a professional, safety-first operation with a team that takes the driver relationship seriously — from dispatch to the executive level. We are currently expanding our OTR driver team and are looking for experienced CDL‑A professionals who want a stable, salaried position with a company that operates with integrity.
Position OverviewThe OTR CDL‑A Driver position is a full‑time, salaried role operating company equipment on long‑haul lanes originating from the Atlanta metropolitan area. This is not a CPM position. Compensation is a fixed annual salary starting at $67,000 (but paid based on experience and route), paid weekly — providing income stability that variable pay structures cannot.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate late‑model (2020 or newer) company‑owned tractor‑trailers on OTR lanes
- Conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and report defects immediately
- Maintain HOS compliance and accurate ELD records at all times
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and safety concerns
- Represent NEMA professionally at customer facilities and on the road
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements, and company safety policies
- Valid CDL‑A — must be in good standing with no restrictions that affect OTR operations
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience
- No DUI or DWI conviction within the past 10 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol test (undisclosed SAP non‑completion is disqualifying)
- Current, valid DOT medical examiner's certificate
- Must successfully complete pre‑employment road test, drug screen, MVR/PSP review, and background check
Annual salary:
Starting at $67,000 — paid weekly via direct deposit. Salary is not contingent on mileage, load count, or freight volume, but is based on driving experience and route.
