Job PositionLogistics Specialist (On‑site)
Responsibilities1) Logistics Cost Management
- Perform monthly logistics cost closing, reconciliation and analysis
- Review logistics invoices and coordinate with service providers
- Coordinate inbound and outbound liquid bulk shipments
- Maintain bulk inventory and quality‑related documents, including COA records
- Monitor rail car and ISO tank movements, availability, and utilization
- Support equipment maintenance coordination and follow up on operational issues
- Support anti‑dumping, customs, and tariff‑related documentation
- Monitor inventory across multiple warehouses
- Assist with regular inventory audits and physical counts
- Coordinate bulk and palletized (PLT) freight transportation
- Schedule carriers, track shipments, and follow up on delivery issues
- Coordinate and communicate with headquarters in South Korea regarding logistics operations and reporting
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) (Required)
- Experience using ERP systems (ex. SAP) in logistics (Required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Required)
- Proficiency in Korean (Preferred)
- Hands‑on experience with liquid bulk logistics (ISO Tanks, Rail Cars) (Preferred)
