Mind Source is looking for a Freight Forwarding Logistics Operator for our client based in Duluth, GA. This is a one-year onsite contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle international and domestic logistics operations (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air and others), coordinating with warehouses to ensure accurate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch, arranging and tracking transportation schedules with trucking and shipping carriers, preparing and verifying commercial documents (BL, AWB, BOL, invoice, packing list, etc.)

for compliance and accuracy, handling billing processes including issuing invoices (A/R) and verifying vendor invoices (A/P), monitoring and analyzing job profit and loss (P&L) to ensure margin targets are met, conducting settlement processes and ensuring timely closing of shipments, maintaining accurate records in internal TMS/ERP systems, communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and internal management to resolve issues promptly, and supporting problem resolution related to delivery, damage, or loss.

Requirements/Qualifications include 1–5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations preferred, familiarity with warehouse/transportation coordination, import/export procedures, customs, bilingual in Korean and English preferred required, high school GED required; bachelor's degree preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), strong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environments.
