Monday to Friday, 12pm 5pm PT

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operations of the distribution center, ensuring that all tasks related to the handling of dental merchandise are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the operational functions of the distribution center, including loading, stocking, and processing dental merchandise.

* Manage office operations within the warehouse, handling shipping, receiving, purchasing, and administrative tasks.

* Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy.

* Pull, pack, and ship orders with a focus on precision and efficiency.

* Document all inventory transactions in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP).

* Uphold safety standards by identifying potential hazards and suggesting improvements to procedures.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

* Operate industrial lifting devices to move products, equipment, or materials as necessary.

* Address and resolve issues across functional areas to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

* Support daily operations of the Service Departments' warranty exchange program and assist in processing returns for the Equipment Department.

* Manage logistical operations through warehouse software while effectively communicating with distribution partners.

* Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support warehouse functionalities.

Qualifications:

* Ability to lift and move objects weighing 25-50 lbs or more, with the capacity to bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.

* Proficient use of hands and arms in handling and reaching products, along with good verbal communication skills.

* Comfortable using step stools and occasionally sitting, kneeling, or crouching as required.

* Forklift certification is preferred; prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
