Warehouse Worker - Shifts

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company with a fun yet high‑paced and professional environment.

• Nights:
  Sunday 4 PM start, Monday‑Thursday 5 PM start until shift completion – $19.84/hr.
• Starting pay rate up to $19.84/hour increasing to $20.99/hour in 12 months.

Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money. Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

We offer on‑the‑job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and operating our advanced automation.

• Entry level experience.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during the shift.
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively without assistance.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37‑42 °F) a minimum of 80% of the shift.
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment – training will be provided.

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package. In addition to base salary, you may be eligible to earn additional compensation, such as incentive pay that rewards individual and/or team performance.

In situations of high demand, there may be instances when our team needs to work beyond scheduled times so customers can receive the needed healthcare products. We aim to share schedules two weeks in advance to help associates plan.

Available shifts may change and will be discussed at time of interview.
