Partners Personnel is seeking reliable and motivated Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, pallet building, inventory replenishment, and accurate product handling using RF scanners and warehouse equipment.

Job Title:

Warehouse Associate

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities

* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently

* Build and wrap pallets for outbound shipments

* Use RF scanners to track inventory and replenish stock

* Perform shipping, sorting, labeling, and staging of bulk orders

* Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

* Ensure product quality and shipment integrity

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

* Assist warehouse leads and management with additional tasks

* Support other departments as business needs require

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

* Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred

* Experience using RF scanners

* Basic computer knowledge

* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the shift

* Strong attendance and punctuality required
