Shipping Clerk

TRC is seeking a Warehouse Associate on behalf of their client located in Duluth, GA. temporary to hire opportunity.

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Overtime may be available occasionally)
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare items for shipping by accurately noting contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details; ensure outbound shipments match Packing Lists and Bills of Lading (BOLs).

• Receive, inspect, and document all packages and deliveries arriving at the facility.

• Store received items in designated storage areas, maintaining accurate documentation for all inventory movements.

• Identify, report, and help resolve any discrepancies related to shipping, storage, or receiving processes.

• Manage the physical movement of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring all transactions are recorded with accuracy.

• Pick and pull items daily to fulfill work orders, including kitting and staging materials as required.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures rigorously to maintain a safe working environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and workspace to support efficient operations.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate required.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, with strong familiarity in day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Certified forklift operator with hands-on experience operating sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common software.

• Knowledge or experience working with electronic components or products is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
