Taylor Visual Impressions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Inventory Control Clerk to join our operations team in Duluth, GA. This individual‑contributor role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock movement, and supporting warehouse efficiency.

Your Shift1st Shift;
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for purchased and produced items across designated warehouse locations
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
- Maintain and update inventory records to ensure data integrity
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and process corrections prior to release
- Assist with billing for inventory‑related charges and plant inventory orders
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and procedures
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers) following safety protocols
- Partner with receiving teams to confirm timely receipt of goods and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve service or delivery inquiries
- Document processes and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed
- Support process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy and operational flow
- Work under direct supervision while following defined processes and procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and apply established guidelines to complete tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Alliance)
- Knowledge of lean inventory practices or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong customer focus and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
