The Warehouse Associate III at Airgas Safety, Inc. performs comprehensive warehousing tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. This role benefits from a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols to support smooth team operations and timely order fulfillment.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Confidently operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
* Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document discrepancies.
* Accurately store materials in designated locations, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
* Pick and stage orders according to customer specifications and deadlines, ensuring correct quantities and product identification.
* Pack products securely for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
* Prepare shipping documentation, including labels, packing slips, and bills of lading.
* Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues or report more complex problems to maintenance.
* Support and guide less experienced warehouse associates (Warehouse Associate I and II).
* Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager.##                         ## ## Are you a MATCH?

* Required Qualifications:

*** High school Diploma or GED
* 1+ year warehousing or similar experience
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
* Ability to push and or pull up to 75 lbs.
* Ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours
* Ability to read and comprehend customers' orders, bills of lading, etc.
* Basic math skills
* Knowledge or ability to learn computer software systems
* Powered Industrial Trucks
- Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks
