- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for assigned business unit(s) and assist in creating and monitoring budgets.
- Maintain and reconcile all balance sheet and critical general ledger accounts.
- Document existing accounting systems, programs, and procedures while actively participating in the development of new and improved accounting systems.
- Identify errors or irregularities and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Collaborate with external accounting firms for tax audits and tax return preparations when necessary.
- Assist in formulating and documenting business processes to ensure seamless coordination between accounting and operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their professional growth and success.
- Proficiency in PC or Mac platforms, with hands-on experience in MS Office, Google Suite, Quickbooks, and web-based software.

- Annual Base Compensation $60,000-$70,000 per year.
* This position is required to be in the office 5 days a week.
