Job Duties /

Description:

  • This role would work directly with the project management team - providing phone and administrative support
  • Phone support includes: pre-site calls & mall calls for installation scheduling, calling to schedule lifts and review deliverables for each project.
    • This position handles heavy outbound phone calls. These are not sales calls, they are outbound calls to confirm relevant customer information prior to an installation.
  • This position has support responsibility for specific phases of the project management lifecycle from planning, execution and project closure.
  • Document project tasks and resource requirements
  • Coordinate customer service location
  • Confirm logistical plans with all parties

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information
  • Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations
  • High School Diploma

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $19/hr.
  • Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office
