Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant
Cherry Bekaert, ranked among the largest accounting and consulting firms in the country, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support office operations from our Houston, TX office. The role involves managing front desk reception, assisting staff and visitors, maintaining breakroom and kitchen areas, coordinating meetings and catering, handling mail, and supporting overall office operations.
Responsibilities- Perform general on-site office tasks such as answering and directing incoming calls, front desk reception, operational support, breakroom and kitchen duties, visitor and staff assistance, and inventory control.
- Handle general printing or processing of materials, including office mail distribution.
- Maintain guides, resources, binders, or manuals for knowledge management and sharing.
- Ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Provide meeting and event support, including conference room scheduling, catering, and other logistics.
- 1‑2 years of administrative or receptionist experience (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and MS Teams.
- Experience with general office equipment (preferred).
- Ability to build positive relationships and interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and respectful engagement.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures.
- Skilled at identifying challenges, asking clarifying questions, and escalating issues appropriately.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
- Demonstrates growth by learning from experience and applying feedback constructively.

Salary range: $19.75 - $26.44 per hour.
