This is a 10-month, full time continuing AFSCME staff position. Bargaining unit consideration begins on August 5, 2026 and ends on August 12, 2026.

The Executive Office and Administrative Specialist for the Department of Psychology in the College of Education and Human Service Professions (CEHSP) serves as the first point-of contact and assists with day-to-day operations for the department. The position also serves as the Graduate Program Coordinator for the Master of Arts in Psychological Science (MAPS) program. The position supports the work of faculty, Department Head, and Director of Graduate Studies.
The Office/Administration Supervisor provides direct supervision of this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Undergraduate Programs (5%)
- Provide administrative support *
- Data management and tracking
- Maintain student records and facilitate completion of key forms
- Graduate Programs (65%)
- Assist the Director of Graduate Studies (DGS)
- Correspond with prospective students about academic programs and admission requirements
- Advise applicants to graduate program on completing application materials; provide information on application status
- Coordinate the admissions process
- Guide students through program,
