About the Role

As a Depot Repair Coordinator, you will oversee the full RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process from intake to completion, including tracking parts, updating service logs, and coordinating with service, inventory, shipping, and repair teams. You will also handle customer communication, verify warranty statuses, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair cycle.

Pay Rate

$19-$21/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire RMA repair workflow
  • Scan and track inbound parts and inventory movements
  • Update service logs and document case closures
  • Organize and process customer returns
  • Coordinate with internal teams for efficient operations
  • Track RMAs for key accounts and third-party repair facilities
  • Fulfill RMA orders by coordinating with technicians
  • Verify warranty status and communicate updates
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation
Key Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Accurate data-entry and documentation experience
  • Strong time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to lift and transport boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
