• Accurately enter credit card information and payment data into company systems
• Review data for accuracy and completeness before processing
• Maintain confidential customer and payment information
• Verify and update records as needed
• Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic records
• Follow established procedures for handling sensitive financial information
• Complete general administrative and data entry tasks as assigned

• Previous data entry experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
