- Provide clerical support in the Office of International programs and assists students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Supports OIP programming including international student orientation, workshops, student activities and special events.
- Maintain a welcoming presence for students in the Office of International programs
- General office support, such as filing, record keeping, etc.
- Answer phones and transfer to appropriate staff member, distribute phone and email messages and student inquiries
- Complete errands around campus and in Duluth
- Assist with web page and social media maintenance
- Support Office of International Programs programming (international student orientation, student activities, education abroad fair, workshops, etc)
Provide input and suggestions for Office programming and student support - Design print materials and draft communication for the Office
- Keep office area clean and organized, organize supplies
- Other duties as assigned
- Required Qualifications
- Must be a current or incoming CSS student
- Federal work study eligibility is required.
- Desire to work with and for International students on campus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people in a friendly, professional manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people in a friendly, professional manner.
- Experience with US immigration systems and/or experience living and/or studying abroad
- Ability to start 2 weeks before the start of the Fall semester
- U.S. Drivers license required with eligibility to be a college-approved driver
- Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace and SCT/Banner or similar integrated software system
