The EdNapleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Service Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast‑paced industry located at Lexus of Wayzata. The vehicle repair technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

• Potential pay range of $20.00-$45.00 per flat rate hour. This includes incentive‑based, so your skills and effort drive your income.

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.

• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.

• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing repair.

• Adequately explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers.

• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.

• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.

• Maintains an organized work area.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Automotive Service Technician experience.

• ASE certification desirable.

• Excellent customer service.

• Strong communication skills.

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.

• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
