Part‑Time Tire Technician

As a Part‑Time Tire Technician at Discount Tire, you perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, repair, and cleaning while providing safe and efficient service to customers. You work on the shop floor with teammates and help keep customers safe on the road.

• Busting tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels.
• Delighting customers: providing an inviting, safe customer experience.
• Growing: learning by doing with hands‑on, on‑the‑job training and development.

• Hands‑on stamina: must be on your feet, lifting, moving, and hustling with teammates.
• Strength: ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Automotive enthusiasm: a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Preferred: driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Team mindset: works well with people; former athlete, military team member, or hands‑on leader.
• Servant leader energy: calm under pressure, positive can‑do attitude, and integrity.
