Embark on a rewarding career as a General Service Technician (GST). In this entry-level role you will service guests' vehicles, ensuring high-quality work and an exceptional guest experience. Through our training program you will become certified and gain expertise in all services offered.

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure tire pressure is correct; inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install new oil drain plugs and filters; clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report safety issues immediately to management
• Adhere strictly to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Perform various manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting (up to 50 lb), standing, bending, and squatting

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Minimum age 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Prior experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions
• Physically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 lb, perform manual tasks including bending and squatting
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
• Commitment to all safety protocols and company policies
• Capable of performing other duties as assigned
