As a Micro Soldering Technician II, you will troubleshoot and repair densely populated PCBs, perform precision component replacements, and verify functionality through testing. You will document repair processes and maintain an organized, ESD-safe work environment.
Pay Rate:$22.00/hour
Available Shift TimesStandard business hours, with potential shift flexibility based on project needs
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose PCBs and electronic components using schematics, multimeters, microscopes, and other tools
- Perform precision repairs including LED replacements and reflows
- Inspect and test repaired boards to ensure quality and functionality
- Document repair processes accurately and maintain safety standards
- Proven micro soldering and PCB repair experience
- Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals and schematic interpretation
- Ability to work under a microscope with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with ESD safety practices
- Dependability and comfort performing highly detailed technical work
