Job OverviewUNRL is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead demand planning, buying, and inventory operations to ensure the right product is available at the right time across all channels. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing supply chain strategies, establishing disciplined demand planning practices, and developing a high‑performing team to support growing product categories, assortments and sales channels.
This leader will also play a central role in enabling UNRL’s growing portfolio of high‑visibility collaborations, including partnerships with major organizations. The ideal candidate brings deep apparel experience, strong analytical capability, and a proven track record of building supply chain responsiveness in fast‑growing organizations.

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve speed to market, inventory efficiency, and landed cost to support rapid growth.
- Build and maintain scalable, repeatable planning and procurement processes across a multi‑category, core and seasonal assortment.
- Partner with Product Development to convert seasonal plans and commercialization calendars into executable sourcing and production strategies aligned with MOQs, capacity, and margin targets.
- Lead monthly S&OP with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance
- Own demand and supply planning across all lifecycle stages, incorporating seasonality, promotions, launches, replacements, and sell‑through performance.
- Accountable for forecast modeling, accuracy and supply alignment.
- Ensure inventory plans support demand across all channels.
- Identify inventory trade-offs and proactively recommend actions including reallocation, markdowns, SKU rationalization, and exit strategies for slow‑moving product.
- Manage domestic and international supplier relationships to improve lead times, capacity planning, compliance, and OTIF performance.
- Negotiate agreements and improve landed margins through cost modeling, MOQ optimization, fabric forecasting, and sourcing diversification.
- Reduce inbound logistics and expedite costs through improved planning and lead time discipline.
- Support overseas decorating and factory custom programs, ensuring quality, cost, and on‑time readiness.
- Lead and develop team of Planners & Buyers; establish SOPs, operating rhythms, and clear performance expectations.
- Deliver actionable, data‑driven insights to support category expansion, SKU rationalization, and product lifecycle transitions.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations management; apparel experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to build planning processes and in SMB or mid‑market environments, ideally with lightweight ERP or evolving systems.
