REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR – MIDWEST
TUF SPORTS APPAREL is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the continued expansion of our Midwest Division. This role is not a traditional sales management position. The Regional Sales Director will build territory leadership, develop state directors, expand market coverage, recruit talent, and drive long‑term regional growth throughout the Midwest.
The ideal candidate is a builder, recruiter, coach, and leader capable of developing teams and creating sustainable growth across multiple states.

Our Midwest Division is currently expanding throughout:
- Minnesota
- Wisconsin
- North Dakota
- South Dakota
- Illinois (future)
- Missouri (future)
- Develop and support State Directors
- Conduct weekly leadership meetings
- Monitor territory performance
- Drive accountability throughout the region
- Assist with strategic planning and forecasting
- Recruit Territory Account Executives
- Recruit Territory Development Executives
- Recruit future State Directors
- Assist with onboarding and activation
- Support training and certification initiatives
- Identify underserved markets
- Expand territory coverage
- Assist with new state launches
- Support ecosystem development initiatives
- Increase market penetration across the region
- Monitor sales activity
- Review pipeline health
Track key performance indicators - Support coaching and development efforts
- Ensure adoption of TUF Ops and TUF Academy
The Regional Sales Director is expected to:
- Develop multiple active State Directors
- Maintain recruiting pipelines
- Increase territory penetration
- Expand team size throughout the Midwest
- Support revenue growth
- Build long‑term organizational infrastructure
