As a Business Operations Leader, Display & Electronics Product Platform (DEPP), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting daily/weekly/monthly organizational planning, meetings, and day‑to‑day coordination to keep operations running smoothly in line with the Platform President priorities.
• Driving tracking and implementation of key change programs and strategic priorities.
• Collaborating with enterprise functions to prioritize and drive service‑levels tied to critical performance areas (ESC, quality, procurement, etc.).
• Measuring performance and investments by product portfolio in‑line with standardized portfolio strategy framework.
• Developing and facilitating a consistent portfolio prioritization process with alignment across verticals, R&D, product.
• Driving relationships and continued success of technology and product/technology development partnerships.
• Preparing materials for BG cadence (QORs, QFRs, QBRs, Strat Plan, Op Plan).

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• 7+ year(s) of experience across strategy, marketing, business operations, and business development in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
• Skills include quantitative analysis, analytical rigor, process management, Salesforce analysis, enterprise collaboration capabilities across functions, senior-level external engagement, executive communications.

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

• Travel may include up to 10%, domestic & international.
• Relocation may be authorized.

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems and technologies subjected to regulations and compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws. U.S. Export Control laws and U.S. Government Department of Defense contracts and sub‑contracts impose certain restrictions on companies and their ability to share export‑controlled and other technology and services with certain “non‑U.S. persons.”

The expected compensation range for this position is $250,253 – $305,864, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation may vary based on factors including relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location and experience.
