Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support service operations and improve the organization’s use of Salesforce and related systems. The role focuses on Salesforce Case Management and works closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable process improvements.

Location:

Plymouth, MN (Hybrid). Salary: $28.61 – $47.04 per hour in Minnesota.

• Support service operations with a primary focus on Salesforce Case Management while maintaining a working knowledge of other business areas.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, ensuring strong documentation and traceability.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise in integrations, data quality, reporting, and analytics within supported areas for service.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships, independently drive priorities, and ensure clear and proactive communication.
• Participate in projects by providing business analysis, testing support, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure all documentation is created, maintained, validated, and kept current to support system accuracy and user adoption.
• Communicate with business stakeholders regarding system enhancements and ongoing improvements.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 0‑2 years of related experience; 1‑2 years of Salesforce experience; strong communication and organizational skills; highly proficient in Excel, documentation skills, and problem‑solving ability.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of Salesforce experience; familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud;
  SharePoint experience.
