As a Procurement Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. You will make an impact by:

• Working independently to achieve goals, using established processes and tools while identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Providing guidance, training, and mentoring to team members and helping coordinate project activities and priorities.
• Solving complex sourcing challenges, analyzing data and trends, and developing effective solutions to non-routine issues.
• Influencing team success by providing direction and recommendations that support operational effectiveness across multiple groups.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Three (3) years of supply chain and/or procurement experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to influence.

• On-site working model, requiring at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
• Domestic travel up to 10%.
• Relocation not authorized.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa status (e.g., H1B).

The expected compensation range for this position is $95,591 - $116,834, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on a number of factors.
