At Framo Morat, Inc.we are looking for a motivated

• Process customer purchase orders in the ERP system SAP, verify order details, issue order confirmations and maintain accurate order status information
• Create purchase orders, coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and headquarters in Germany and ensure timely product availability
• Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate shipments, provide tracking information and generate invoices and packing slips
• Manage the RMA process, prepare repair quotations, create credit notes and maintain accurate return and repair records
• Monitor customer payments, follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with accounting to resolve payment discrepancies

• Associate degree in business administration, accounting, supply chain management or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, sales administration, inside sales, logistics, accounting support, or a comparable business operations role
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or B2B environment
• Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP/business systems) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with international suppliers and / or headquarters located in Germany
