This role involves collaborating with co-teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, and ensuring the overall well‑being and safety of the children in your care. Full‑time position, Monday through Friday.

• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
• Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the children.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and active listening.
• Providing individualized support to children with diverse needs, and working collaboratively with the team to create an inclusive environment.
• Staying up‑to‑date with curriculum developments and best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that promotes children's learning and development.
• Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Representing the school positively and professionally in interactions with parents, visitors, and the community.
• Contributing to the overall success of the school by being a team player, and participating in school events and activities.

• High energy and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Able to work well with others and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of child development and its application in the classroom.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must clear a full Background check.
