Candidates are required to work together with their co-teachers on completing daily activities for the classroom which include implementing curriculum, changing diapers, feeding, cleaning, and sanitizing. Hourly pay varies depending on experience and degree level. • Supervision and daily class functions of a group of children
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Observe all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy and the local, state, and national agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
• Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
• Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
• Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Chroma Early Learning Academy curriculum and programming
• Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence
• Provides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior
• Accepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas, and playgrounds
• Attends all staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions
• Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Chroma Early Learning Academy Employee Handbook
• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must clear a full Background check.
