POSITION SUMMARYLaborers are responsible for many scopes of work on Northland construction projects. They are expected to work safely and safeguard members of the public and the crew. Laborer job duties include but are not limited to job layout, grade, measurement, spotting, flagging, shoveling, raking, sweeping, traffic control, compaction, cutting, pipe laying, material handling, and operation of small equipment such as saws, compactors, jack hammers, and handheld equipment.
Laborers perform a significant scope of work at Northland and the skills required align with the scope of work of the Laborers District Counsel of MN.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

BENEFITS- Starting wage $36.71 - $43.76 /hour depending on Union Contract. Benefit package is offered through the applicable Union.
