We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Coordinator IV
- Cost Control to support a major $600M Valley Crossing Pipeline Expansion Project in Texas
.

This position will be part of the Project Controls team and will work closely with a Project Scheduler, Project Manager, and key stakeholders to manage the project's financial performance, cost forecasting, budgets, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong project cost control experience on large capital projects
, with Oil & Gas experience strongly preferred
, particularly within natural gas or pipeline projects
.

• Own and manage project cost control activities throughout project execution.
• Monitor project expenditures and overall financial performance.
• Perform detailed cost and variance analysis and identify potential issues or trends.
• Develop, maintain, and update project cost forecasts
  .
• Build and maintain project budgets in collaboration with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Track project expenditures, invoices, commitments, and actual costs.
• Manage and track project changes through established change management processes
  .
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
• Prepare cost, forecast, variance, and project performance reports.
• Provide reporting and financial insights to project stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager, Project Scheduler, and Project Controls team
  .
• Support integrated cost and schedule management activities.
• Participate in occasional project/site visits as required.

• Strong experience in project cost control for large and complex capital projects.
• Experience with:
• Cost forecasting
• Budget development and management
• Cost and variance analysis
• Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Change management
• Invoice and expenditure tracking
• Strong understanding of project controls processes and financial performance management.
• Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Schedulers, contractors, and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience supporting large-scale capital projects.

• Oil & Gas industry experience
  , preferably natural gas or pipeline projects
  .
• Experience supporting major pipeline or infrastructure projects.
• Oracle Cloud experience for project cost tracking.
• Eco Sys experience for integrated cost and schedule management.
• Experience with complex, multi-million-dollar capital projects.

The Project Controls team currently consists of 8 professionals - 4 Cost Controllers and 4 Schedulers
, with plans to grow to 10.

The selected Cost Controller will be paired closely with a Project Scheduler. Together, they will support the Project Manager and stakeholders from both cost and schedule perspectives
.

The role will support the recently approved $600M Valley Crossing Pipeline Expansion Project in Texas
. The project has received Board approval and is moving toward execution, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who can onboard quickly and contribute from the early stages of project execution.

The strongest candidate will have large capital project cost-control experience + Oil & Gas/pipeline experience
, with hands-on expertise in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, EVM, change management, and project financial reporting
