Location: Eden Prairie and Minneapolis Locations

Contract Type: Temporary (3-6 months, with potential for extension)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and online platforms to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Assist with various office tasks, including data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
  • Support cross-departmental communications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Help with call center overflow during busy periods, contributing to our overall customer service efforts.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed to maintain a well-organized office.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or office support roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Comfort with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Team player with good problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to change.
