Unifi Services - - Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to passengers during arrivals, ticketing, and check-in processes;
Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system including boarding, baggage service, reservations, and resolving related issues;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as needed;
Maintain a highly visible presence in all customer-facing situations and keep passengers informed about itineraries and luggage;
