Job SummaryIn this role you will be handling inbound customer calls and marketing leads, fielding their questions and requests, and resolving them when possible. You will liaison with internal teams as needed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Inbound Calls & Lead Handling - Answer inbound calls, perform call routing, provide general inquiry support. Create opportunities and disperse to the sales team. Educate prospects/customers on the NTS point of difference.
- Contact Data Cleaning - Perform detailed discovery on new customers to update their data/profile. Merge and clean up any duplicate customer data.
- Online Sales Support - Assist customers with the online order checkout process as needed. Follow up abandoned cart calls and help convert when possible.
- Customer Onboarding - Set up preferred payment method (recurring or single use). Collect tax certificates when applicable. Confirm delivery address and email for tracking details.
- Customer Service Inquiries - Resolve simple inquiries related to order status, payment processing, concerns, issues, and praise.
