Job Title: Cash Management Specialist

Overview

This position assists in coordinating daily support for all Cash Management products and services, including customer due diligence. Under the direction of the Cash Management Manager, the role provides setup, service, and maintenance for all cash management products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with business customers related to cash management products and services.
  • Support customer set‑up and provide service maintenance for all cash management products and services for new and existing customers.
  • Review and maintain customer files, monitor product usage, and system operations.
  • Travel to client business locations to provide equipment and software installation, training, education, and troubleshooting in compliance with Citizens Alliance Bank’s policies.
  • Provide assistance with customer service issues and problem solving in a timely manner.
  • Review documentation for accuracy, track and monitor exceptions, and provide cash management support.
  • Complete required cash management documentation, customer folders, account information, and agreements.
  • Serve as first‑line assistance for solving issues with customers, bank staff, and vendors.
  • Maintain a determined level of personal production and actively pursue new cash management relationships.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all regulations and demonstrate understanding of the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in person, over the phone, and via email efficiently and professionally.
  • Complete system setup of cash management services for business customers by reviewing setup documentation for accuracy.
  • Assist with special, daily, monthly, and annual reporting for cash management products and services.
  • Manage difficult situations with customers and provide resolution, information, or additional options to ensure quick and proper responses to all reasonable customer requests.
  • Assist in training customers and bank employees on all cash management products and services.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and proprietary information.
  • Perform tasks independently while providing professional and knowledgeable assistance to all customers.
  • Work as a team member to coordinate the workflow.
  • All employees are expected to exemplify and follow our core values and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Travel for trade and industry schools and seminars as needed.
  • May require installation of a Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) app on an employee’s personal mobile device for system authentication and security purposes.
  • Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including BSA/AML, and comply with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and requested.

Education and Experience
  • Required:

    High School diploma or GED.
  • Required:

    Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge.
  • Required:

    Three to Five years of banking experience.
  • Preferred:
    Three to Five years of customer service experience.
  • Preferred:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
