• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding insurance policies in a timely manner.
• Assist clients in understanding and processing their claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the claims process.
• Maintain and update client information in the database to ensure all records are current and accurate.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement client-specific solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and promote long-term retention.
• Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry regulations to effectively inform and assist clients.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in insurance or related fields are advantageous.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or insurance sales is desirable.

Communication

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Customer Service: A genuine interest in helping clients and providing excellent customer service.
