Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range: $45-51 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time hires and $5,000 for part‑time. Comprehensive benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, and flexible schedules.

In addition to the compensation package, applicants receive:

Dental Hygienists are responsible for delivering direct dental care and supporting office operations under the supervision of a dentist:

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to patients.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take and develop x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride.
• Offer same‑day care opportunities and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene.
• Assess patients’ dental condition, review medical history, and provide charting assistance.
• Maintain adherence to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the treatment process and create memorable experiences.

Requirements for this position include:

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment upon hiring.
