DescriptionThe Dental Clinic is a growing, community-focused dental practice in St. Paul looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team.
We are seeking someone who enjoys connecting with patients, staying organized, and working with a supportive team to provide an exceptional experience from the first phone call to the final appointment.

- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding items
- Collect payments and explain financial arrangements
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans and appointments
- Support the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
- 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred
- Experience with dental scheduling and insurance preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with patients from diverse backgrounds
