Express Employment is immediately hiring Community Surveyors for a short term project in Duluth, MN. This position involves speaking with members of the public and collecting responses for a survey related to political and community topics.

This is a neutral survey position. Surveyors are expected to remain professional and unbiased at all times. The purpose of the role is to collect information — not to persuade, campaign, debate, or influence how individuals respond.

• Approach and speak with members of the public in a friendly, professional manner
• Ask provided survey questions and accurately record responses
• Follow the established survey script and instructions
• Remain neutral regardless of personal political views
• Avoid expressing political opinions or attempting to influence participants
• Respect individuals who choose not to participate
• Represent the project professionally while working in the community

• Comfortable approaching and talking with a variety of people
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication skills
• Ability to remain neutral and respectful when discussing political or potentially sensitive topics
• Dependable and able to follow instructions closely
• Strong attention to detail when recording responses
• Must be available to begin Monday, September 14
