Associate Creative Director - Digital Experience

Purpose:

The Associate Creative Director – Digital Experience leads the execution of digital-first creative experiences across eCommerce, lifecycle, and paid channels. This role connects strategic intent to high-quality digital execution, ensuring customer experiences are visually compelling, brand‑right, and performance‑driven. The role balances hands‑on creative leadership with team mentorship and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Lead digital creative execution across email, site experiences, paid media, and social platforms.
• Translate campaign concepts into effective digital storytelling and customer journeys.
• Partner with Lifecycle, Media, UX, and Technology teams to optimize digital experiences.
• Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and coaching to designers.
• Ensure digital work meets brand standards, usability expectations, and performance goals.
• Manage multiple work streams across timelines, revisions, and priorities.
• Support testing, iteration, and optimization of creative performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in digital‑focused creative roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital execution and customer‑facing experiences.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers (preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital best practices, accessibility, and performance considerations.
• Retail, eCommerce, or lifestyle brand experience (preferred).

Position Type:
Regular/Full time.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary $80,000 – $120,000. Eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
