Role
Purpose:
The Associate Creative Director – Digital Experience leads the execution of digital-first creative experiences across eCommerce, lifecycle, and paid channels. This role connects strategic intent to high-quality digital execution, ensuring customer experiences are visually compelling, brand‑right, and performance‑driven. The role balances hands‑on creative leadership with team mentorship and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Lead digital creative execution across email, site experiences, paid media, and social platforms.
- Translate campaign concepts into effective digital storytelling and customer journeys.
- Partner with Lifecycle, Media, UX, and Technology teams to optimize digital experiences.
- Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and coaching to designers.
- Ensure digital work meets brand standards, usability expectations, and performance goals.
- Manage multiple work streams across timelines, revisions, and priorities.
- Support testing, iteration, and optimization of creative performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in digital‑focused creative roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital execution and customer‑facing experiences.
- Experience leading or mentoring designers (preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital best practices, accessibility, and performance considerations.
- Retail, eCommerce, or lifestyle brand experience (preferred).

Corporate Office—Maurices, Duluth, MN 55802.
Position Type:
Regular/Full time.
Pay Range:
Annual Salary $80,000 – $120,000. Eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
